Story | Spirit Mountain was our home away from home when we lived in the DR; weekend camping trips, student overnights, work team service projects. A piece of our heart is on this farm.
Chad and Krista Wallace acquired the farm in 2002 and have rehabilitated it back to producing an amazing coffee crop as well as creating an ecological reserve and burgeoning eco-tourism destination. The heart of the farm is sustainability and service.
Spirit Mountain coffee sales support the scholarship program at the nearby Doulos Discovery School where we both worked. The farm recently partnered with the German Embassy to help build a chemistry lab and library for the local public school in the neighboring town of Manabao.
Delivery Note | Free local delivery for single sale orders go out on Wednesdays. Local orders made after 5pm on Mondays will be delivered Wednesday of the following week. Mail orders are roasted on Tuesdays or Thursdays and shipped out the following day. All orders received after 5pm on Monday or Wednesday will be processed the next scheduled roast day.
